Level Up is a goal-setting application designed to help users achieve their personal aspirations by breaking them down into 100 actionable levels. These levels are generated using an external artificial intelligence (AI) system based on your inputted goal.

2. Eligibility

To use Level Up, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the App.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

The App provides general guidance and suggestions for achieving your goals, but it is not a substitute for professional advice.

  • Accuracy of Levels: The levels and tasks generated are created by an AI system and are based on the input you provide. While we strive for helpfulness and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all levels will be suitable, achievable, or error-free.
  • Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any suggestions or tasks provided by the App.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with the App’s code or AI functionality.
  • Upload or input content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or the servers used to support it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities of Level Up, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, and AI-generated levels, are the property of Louis Delmas EI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Privacy

We collect, use, and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the goals you input into the App and the levels generated by the AI system. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it for improving the App and providing its services.

All user data, including account information and goals entered into the app, is securely stored in Firebase, which complies with industry standards for data protection and encryption. The prompts submitted for generating actionable levels are processed by OpenAI's AI models, and no personally identifiable information is shared with OpenAI during this process. Both Firebase and OpenAI adhere to strict privacy and security practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

8. Third-Party AI Services

Level Up relies on external AI providers to generate levels. While we strive to use reliable services, we cannot guarantee their performance or the accuracy of their outputs. You acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Level Up is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louis Delmas EI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
